Abstract
With the five soil type of Nan yang tobacco growing area as test materials,Effects of different soil type on changes of main microbial strain amounts and enzymes activities in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil have been investigated. The results showed that the difference of microorganism quantity among different rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere types of soil is significant, soil the enzyme activity.Rhizosphere soil microorganism quantity and enzymes activity are higher than non-rhizosphere soil. The bacteria and phosphorus bacteria in rhizosphere yellow brown soil were higher than that of other four soil types. The potassium bacteria and ammonifier in rhizosphere yellow clay soil were highest. The Aerobic azotobacter and bacillus in rhizosphere black brown soil were highest. The Catelase and urease in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere Shajiang yellow soil were highest. The Sucrase in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere black brown soil were highest.Correlation analysis showed that soil microorganism quantity and enyme activity might be closely correlated in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil.In summary, yellow brown soil can improve soil condition, and to prevent soil fertility of tobacco-planting soils from degradation.
