Abstract
On basic review of propaganda and academic study on view of honor and disgrace,the probable missing and facing problems in practicing the socialist view of honor and disgrace were studied.The solution plan was then discussed on an advanced level of designing a new socialist moral system.It is pointed that rectifying and constructing social functional groups in people is in favor of arousing people's initiative and active spirit,which is prerequisite for reconstruction of socialist moral system.
