On the Development Model of Urban and Rural Interactive Informatization

In China,the spatial pattern of informatization presented for the apparent urban-rural dual structure,this imbalance of spatial structure not only is a hindrance to the information fair,but also is not conducive to the information efficiency.In order to eliminate information poverty,decrease digital gap so that every corner of urban and rural areas to enjoy the well-being of technological progress,we construct the development model of urban and rural interactive informatization.We hope that the space operation of informatization can be allocated and guided through effective spatial development model.The model takes cooperation and complementation between urban and rural as operating prerequisite,takes effective centralization and organic decentralization as method of space allocation,to promote the overall layout of information infrastructure,the adequately share of information resource,the mutual accommodation of investment in the informatization,the mutual penetration of information market,the free flow of information professionals between urban and rural.The key points of the model are to improve spilling-over effects of the urban informatization,to make a breakthrough in the bottlenecks of the development of rural informatization,to integrate the urbanization with informatization organically.Information network of urban and rural should be fusion economy,population,transportation,technology,social networks of urban and rural,to improve reliability and validity of the resource allocation,in order to achieve comprehensive interactions between urban and rural.
