Abstract
Student's injury accident is difficult to avoid in the college development,which troubles college work and affects the order of college education and teaching.This article defines college student's injury accident from the legal perspective,clears the default responsibility and the infringement responsibility of the student's injury accident,proposes that the settlement of college student's injury accident should adopt competing models,and also proposes the principles and measures of treatment and prevention.
