Abstract
With the quick development of E-commerce activities,third-party payment enterprises are growing rapidly,and third-party payment behavior are becoming more frequent.However,the existing legal vacuum and regulatory lacunae affect the further development of the third-party payment.On June 21,2010,Central Bank issued the Regulations of Payment Services Provided by Non-financial Institutions,which will certainly has great influence on the third-party payment in China.Therefore the third-party payment enterprises must clearly recognize how much of their business will be affected by the regulations,and try to put forward concrete strategies and lay down correct lines of development accordingly.
