Abstract
The output features of solar cell were studied to improve the reliability and efficiency of solar power systems.A simulation model for solar cell was developed using Matlab/Simulink blocks on the basis of photovoltaic cell mechanisms.The characteristic curve of photovoltaic arrays was obtained.Simulation results show that the devised simulating system of solar cell output can be used to simulate the output features of solar cell ideally.
