On System Innovation for Overall Development of the City and the Countryside

Abstract
The long-existing development mode of the countryside feeding the city,implemented since new China was founded,has formed a series of unfair system in which the city and the countryside are differently treated,led the countryside to a serious situation of deprived of and a unbalanced development of the city and the countryside in China.The article analyzed the reason that caused the gap between the city and the countryside,pointing out that the key to an overall development the city and the countryside is system innovation and then analyzing the approach to system innovation.
