Abstract

The scientific development model is a pattern about the evolvement and progress of the scientific theory.It is a complete description about the main characteristic and internal mechanism of the progress and development of the science.The paper mainly analyzes the evolutions form of gradual accumulation to personal knowledge,then points out the possible solutions to rebuild the development model of scientific theory,and gives some enlightenment for the effective administration of the scientific research at last.
