Abstract
Development of tertiary industry in China can increase employment. It is not only a mid-term and long-term problem of the development but also the emergent problem of reform, development and stability. With the development of industrialization, the employment performance of tertiary industry is more and more obvious. It can be showed by the explicit and implicit effect.
