On the Problem of Yan'an Industry Structure and the Relevant Adjustment

Rationalization of industry structure plays a key role in enhancing regional economic development.The irrational aspects in Yan'an industry structure focuses on the obvious feature of resource industry structure,the irrational proportion of industry structure and the low level of the third industry.In order to maintain the sustained development of Yan'an regional economy,it is necessary to implement the leading industry strategy adjustment,applying the idea of the unity of rural and urban area as leading industry strategy so as to enhance the rationality of industry structure;applying the circular economical idea to solve the resource structure problem and the environment pollution problem caused by the shift of the scale of industry so as to realize the sustained development of economy;taking the newly developed service industry as the leading force to encourage the third industry so as to improve the level of the third industry.
