Interpretation of Food Safety Law and Analysis of Its Impact on the Food Industry

Abstract

Food safety directly concerns the health and life safety of the public,and has to do with healthy development of national economy and social harmony and stability.First,Food Safety Law is interpreted related to the eight systems and their main contents in this paper.Second,specific measures are proposed about the implementation of Food Safety Law.Third,the impact on the food industries is analyzed from an economic point of the micro-analysis.Last,strategic response of the food industries is discussed after the implementation of Food Safety Law.
