Abstract
Zang Ke-jia enjoys a prominent position in the history of Chinese modern poetry. His poetry creation is of typical Chinese style. The present paper discusses his Chinese style as exhibited by his Chinese materials in his poems before 1949. His artistic style best shows the vigor of realistic spirit, modern landscape idyll, the patriotic enthusiasm in war life and non-party compatibility. His Chinese style is dynamic and open-ended to be perfected with the poet's creative practice.
