Development Mode Transformation in an Era of Eco-civilization and Development Path of Low-Carbon Economy

Abstract
Economic development mode transformation within the framework of industrial civilization fails to bring about a revolutionary change to China's economic development mode,which is characterized by high energy consumption,high pollution,and high emission.Only transformation from industrial civilization development mode to eco-civilization development mode can essentially and profoundly solve the conflicting problem of resources and environmental costs in the economic development process.Adopting low-carbon economic development mode in conformity with China's specific conditions is based on the requirements of eco-civilization development mode,which is also the right choice to construct a society featured by resource-saving,environment-friendly,low-carbon oriented and sustainable development.
