Abstract
The actualities of competition relationship between manufacturers and vendors in our country were introduced,and a two-stage game model for establishing manufacturer-dominant partnership was advanced.Then we analyzed and demonstrated the necessity and probability of establishing strategic partnership between them,and advanced three problems that manufacturers and vendors should pay attention to in the process of building strategic partnership.
