Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Complex

Abstract
A mononuclear complexwas synthesized by pyrazine-2-carboxylic acid and zinc perchlorate and its crystal structure determined by X-ray crystallography.The crystal belongs to monoclinic system,space group P2\-1/c with a=5.2 789(17),b=11.097(4),c=10.318(3),β=99.350(4)°,The zinc(Ⅱ)atom in the complex is coordinated by two nitrogen and four oxygen atoms and the coordinate environment is a little distorted octahedron,in which two oxygen atoms come from H\-2O and the other coordinate atoms are provided by the logand pyrazine-2-carboxylate.
