Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the immune effects of lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) on the t umor mice.METHODS 60 mice were grouping to six groups. After treated with different dosage of LBP, the weight of thymus gland, the antibody and active of CTL were detected.RESULTS LBP could dose-dependently inhibit tumor. The best curing dose of LBP was 10 mg ·kg -1·d -1.And it also increased the secretion of antib ody and enhanced the active of CTL.CONCLUSION The mechanism of tumor-inhibition by LBP could be due to enhance the immunity of the mice, both from the cellular immunity and body fluid immunity.
