On Culture Introduction in English Language Teaching

Abstract

The aim of teaching English as the second language is to train students' ability to master English as a communication tool.One of the purposes of connecting language teaching with culture introduction is to find out and rule out the factors which are interfering the language communication.The paper analyses the principles,contents and methods of culture introduction.In this way,the students' culture competence is expected to be cultivated and their communicative competence is expected to be improved.
