Application of Risk Management in Improving the Quality of Nursing in the Department of Digestive Internal Medicine

Abstract
Objective To explore the digestive internal medicine nursing risks and strengthen the importance of risk management. Methods In this paper,from April 2014 to April 2015,48 cases of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage of digestive diseases were randomly divided into the nursing group and the control group. Control group using conventional care,nursing group used nursing risk management mode, then compared two groups' nursing satisfaction, and the incidence of medical disputes. Results Nursing group patients after implementation of the nursing risk management,risk rate was 4.17%, the control group patients with routine nursing,risk rate was 29.17%, the differences between the results of two groups with statistical significance(P 0.05). Conclusion The patients with digestive internal medicine nursing risk management methods,can effectively reduce the incidence of risk,reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.And the nursing staff can enhance their nursing skills, improve nursing satisfaction.
