Abstract

SGR,the activities of some digestive enzymes and alkaline phosphatase were studied in Spinibarbus snensis larvae and juveniles during the first month after hatchery. The results of experiment were as follows:SGR of Spinibarbus snensis was 26.43% during the experiment. The activities of trypsin, amylase, lipase and alkaline phosphatase were identified after hatching. From day 1 to day 3,the activities of trypsin were high levels. Then followed by a increase after day 4.On the 18th day,the specific activities reached the minimum point, then, the activities increased with the increase of age.The activities of amylase increased with the increase of age,and the activities were higher levels. The specific activities of lipase increased before 18th.Then followed by a sharp decreased. The activities of alkaline phosphatase increased with the increase of age.
