Determination of Fluorine Content from the Urine Sample and Its Significance

Twenty-eight healthy college students aged over 19 from Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities,among which 18 students are male and 10 students are female,are selected to conduct a test of fluorine content from the urine sample in the morning and in the evening respectively in a way of electronic method of fluorine.The results show that fluorine content from the urine sample in the morning is different to that in the evening,and that in the morning is smaller than that in the evening.During the day time form morning to evening,since human body absorbs fluorine from foods,water,or other ways,it makes it different.Meanwhile,it is proved that the maximum value 0.959 mg/L of the fluorine content from the urine sample is among the normal range from 0.589 to 2.268 mg/L by urine and fluorine percentile for the general people from Baise district.It concluded that people from Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities do not appear fluorine intoxication and they are in the safety place of fluorine.
