Application effect of the comfortable nursing in the colon mirror inspection

Objective: To discuss the application effect of comfortable nursing in electronic colonoscopy.Methods: 94 cases with electronic colonoscopy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 47 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing,the experimental group on the basis of using comfortable nursing.Comparison of two groups of patients in electronic colonoscopy examination of the changes in vital signs and examination of patient comfort evaluation.Results: The patients in the experimental group after the comfortable nursing of heart rate and blood pressure changes were significantly lower than those before intervention levels and their corresponding control group levels,inspection process in the experimental group patient comfort was significantly better than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusions: In electronic colonoscopy examination of application of comfort nursing care can effectively reduce the screening of patients with heart rate and blood pressure fluctuations,improve comfort,so that patients can successfully complete examination,improve the quality of nursing service.
