Clinical observation of Lamivudine for chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis in 94 cases

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis patients.Methods:94 patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis were selected and divided into treatment group and con trol group randomly,both groups were treated with conventional therapy,the treatment group took 100 mg Lamivudine once per day.12 months was named as a course.Results:For treatment group,liver function's outcomes of total bilirubin and ALT liver fibrosis HA,PCⅢ,CⅣ were much improved which showed that Lamivudine can help improve liver function and liver fibrosis.After 12 months' treatment,the quantitative HBV DNA of 27 patients with Lamivudine therapy were de creased.The negative rate in treatment group was 51.06% and in control group was 6.38%.HBeAg negative rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group and showed a significant effect on Lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis.Conclusion:Lamivudine has good effects on inhibiting fibrosis,improving liver function and prognosis,and less adverse reaction.So Lamivudine is quite a good drug on treating chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis.
