Abstract
Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers from 0.5 generation to 4.0 generation were synthesized via the divergent method, and then PAMAM G3.5,PAMAM G4.0 dendrimers were thoroughly characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,~1H and ~(13)C nuclear magnetic resonance. The factors which influence the synthesis of polyamidoamine dendrimers are also discussed.〖WTHZ〗
