Diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasonography for fetal malformation

Objective To explore the value of prenatal ultrasonography in diagnosis of fetal malformation and its ultrasonic characteristics.Methods Eighty seven pregnant women were received routine prenatal ultrasound examination and their ultrasonic features of fetuses were recorded,and they were finally confirmed by delivery or induction.Results Fetal malformations in nervous system were found in 33 cases (37.93%),in digestive system in 16 cases (18.39%),urinary system in 9 cases (10.34%) and facial deformity in 7 cases (8.05%).Conclusion The prenatal ultrasound examination is easy and it has great significance in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation,it's the first choice for clinical diagnosis of fetal malformation.
