Abstract
Design a single-ended input single-ended output current-mode band-pass filter, the core components of the design is a second generation current conveyor(CCII). Circuit consists two CCII and a few passive components, the center frequency is controlled by the bias current, to realize the function of band-pass filter of the signal. The filter provides greater bandwidth and higher voltage gain, while addressing the problem of voltage follower is not ideal and it's passive sensitivity is lower. The filter can be widely used in wireless communications, radio and other high-frequency analog circuits. Using Hspice simulation software to analyze and verify the accuracy of the theoretical design and feasibility.
