Application value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of neck's metastatic and lymphoma lymph nodes

Objective To discuss the application value of planar ultrasonography and CDFI in diagnosing the neck's metastatic and lymphoma lymph nodes.Methods Observe 108 lymph nodes of 89 patients and separate them into two groups,including 56 metastatic lymph nodes and 52 lymphoma lymph nodes.The reports of two groups under planar ultrasonography and CDFI had been compared and analyzed.Results Two groups had statistical significance(P0.05)on the aspect of lymph node form,lymph door excursion,and inner liquefacient position.The diminution of lymph nodes resonance,blood stream of lymph door,central blood stream and blood resistance index(RI)were significant differences(P0.001).But the differences of their L/S2 and marginal blood stream had no statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion The ultrasonography check has great value in diagnosis of neck's metastatic and lymphoma lymph nodes.
