Arts education and artistic creation within the framework of the same two concepts,their causal relationship with the inevitable.A country’s strength is a strong culture and the arts,artistic creation presented by the overall state of the evaluation is an important reference,and all this education and the arts should have a necessary link.Only the sound development of arts education to follow the track of real art can be powerful,and this art can also become eternal.Sense of national image is a manifestation of a possible state of art rather than attribution of inevitable,arts education should have its own laws,and explore this regularity and the rational use of guidance and arts education is worth to try and work towards.
