Advance on Cultured Liver Cell for Therapy of Artificial Liver

Abstract

The artificial liver support system(ALSS) is very useful in the treatment of fulminant hepatic failure(FHF).In recent years,hybrid bioartificial liver support system(HBLSS) is being most studied.Among the biological materials used in HBLSS,the cultured liver cell is the most important.This summarize is concerned about the resource,culture and storage of the hepatic cell.
