Abstract
This paper analyses current situation of water supply pipeline network in Changsha City and water polution due to it,and puts forward a new water supply model.That is to supply water with different quality according to different use so as to resolve the problem of drinking water quality.Furthermore,the paper discusses the engineering and economical feasibility of rebuilding water supply system.
