Abstract
Building new socialist countryside is a systematic project in which rural economy,politics,culture and social development are involved.Building new socialist countryside is not only an issue of economic development,but also an issue of cultural development.And great efforts must be taken to strengthen the rural cultural construction to realize various requirement and goal of building new socialist countryside.
