Abstract

Let n be a postive integer,a(n) be the square complements of n.τ(n) be a divisor function of n.The mean value property of ∑n≤xτ(a(n))/nis has been studied and an interesting asymptotic formula is given.The 27-th question which professor F.Smarandache generated in referenceis solved.
