Abstract
Objective Make morphinomania rat model by inhalation,and diminish interference of functional imageology and explore circuit of morphinomania addiction.Methods Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into control group of inhalation morphinomania group of inhalation and morphinomania group of injection.morphinomania model was established by inhalation;after morphinomania,the difference of withdrawal symptoms between three groups was analyzed,and level morphine in urine and blood of different groups was testeel.Results There were significant differences in withdrawal symptoms between morphinomania group of inhalation and control group of inhalation;No significant difference in withdrawal symptoms was found between morphinomania group of inhalation and morphinomania group of injection.Urine and blood morphinic tests of morphinomania group of inhalation are positive.Conclusion The method for making model of morphinomania by inhalation is feasible.
