The effect of leadership on the motivation and satisfaction of Iranian women premier basketball league.

The main aim of this study is to determine the effects of leadership behaviors of coaches on motivating atmosphere (climate) as well as satisficing the premier league of francium women Basketball. The related leadership behavioral patterns were measured by leadership –sport scale. (LSS), perceived motivational climate in sport (PMCSQ) and Athlete satisfaction questionnaires. The above mentioned questionnaires were distributed between 174 sport men, after determination of external, formal, contextual and its structure from submitted agent analysis and permanence among totally statistical sampling. To evaluate and analysis of data through descriptive method, and to determine the relationship as well as anticipating the rate of players and motivational climate by leadership coach behaviors, we used mono-variable and multi variables regression along with using sem for giving model and completing our analysis. The findings showed that: Dictatorship behavior: B=.76, ability to predict performance climate and social supportive behavior, B=.24, and educational behavior, B=.20.There was a meaningful relationship between coach leadership behaviors with players satisfaction (P=/001) and coach behaviors option was considered as following: educational behavior B=.93, positive feedback, B=.75, respectively. Also, there was a positive relationship between skillful climate and players satisfaction (P=.001) and the skillful climate was B=1.80.We can conclude from the findings that. The leadership of coach behaviors can effect on players satisfaction as well. This can be happen directly or indirectly; According to the coefficients, the direct effects is more than indirect ones.
