Abstract
Objective To analyze the affection of blood pressure(DBP,SBP) and heart rate(HR) using sufentanil compared with fentanyl anesthetizing in elderly laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) patients. Methods Sufentanil Group with 64 cases and Fentanyl Group with 64 cases were separately applied sufentanil or fentanyl for anesthesia. Results The DBP and SBP in T1,T2,T3 and T4 with Sufentanil Group were significantly lower than Fentanyl Group(P0.05),but the Sufentanil Group had a more stable blood pressure compared with Fentanyl Group. The different stages had no significantly difference in HR between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil had a better stability blood pressure compared with fentanyl, which could stable physiological function of the cardiovascular system. It is benefit for elderly LC patients in anesthesia.
