Improved the Level of Basic Hospital Research by Strengthening the Scientific Management

Objective To Strengthen the scientific management system of the hospital and integrate health,education,researching,we are able to promote the smooth development of clinical medical research.Methods We strengthen management of research projects and ethical review,improve the management of research funding,establish an information platform,improve the incentive mechanism,set goals and strengthen assessment.Results We built the research management system according to the situation in our hospital to promote the sound development of scientific research.Conclusion With the implementation of hospital policy,the effective measures,well managed,clinical research work will be carried out successful and achieved good results.
