Abstract
The concept of complementary binary sequence pair set and its mate under aperiodic correlation condition was defined.Several construction methods for set and mate were proposed and proved.Examples illustrate that a great many complementary binary sequence pair sets and their mates could be generated by using these methods.Compared with the traditional complementary sequence sets,the methods proposed in this paper have wider existence space.
