Challenge of Private economy development to Regional Government Management

Private economy is important strength to force government system reform,on the other hand,the innovation of government management is significant security of development of private economy.Since reform and opening,although there are many progress of private economy in Jilin province,the economy gross and speed level has big difference to the national level.There are many barriers in the development of private economy.We should bring forth new ideas in the regional government management,change their function,reform the traditional management way,introduce the private economy as the main body of business and solve the problems.
