Abstract
This paper is intended to argue for the social ownership system or public ownership system to take the place of socialist public ownership system,and for the gradually dropping the private ownership system to take the place of ridding of the private ownership system in Manifesto of Communist Party.Moreover, the paper quotes the basic economic system at the beginning stage of socialism to disapprove the principles of public ownership system and private ownership system.
