SURVEY ON THE CURRENT SITUATION OF LEISURE AND FITNESS OF URBAN PROFESSIONAL WOMEN

Urban occupation female fitness and leisure situations were investigated,the results show that the current occupation female's degree of recognition on leisure fitness value is high,but the participation is low;conventional projects are more than fashion item;Leisure fitness organization form emphasis on family,friends,less choose club group fitness;leisure fitness venues more free cell,charging for the least patronized;health fitness knowledge and get more choice of media,school health education is no longer its win of fitness and health knowledge of the main channel;To stimulate and promote the occupation female active participation in the leisure fitness activities,must be in project selection diversity,functionality targeted,to participate in the activities of comfort and entertainment as well as improving occupation female participation in fitness and leisure satisfaction.
