Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the main cause of outpatients with genital ulcer diseases.[Methods] To examine the treponema pallidum(TP),herpes simplex virus(HSV),human papilloma virus(HPV),haemophilus ducreyi(HD),human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),bactera and fungi with smear, culture, fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR) and serological tests on human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) antibody.[Results] Among 151 outpatients,35 cases of syphilis(23.17%),28 cases of genital herpes(18.54%),16 cases of Condyloma acuminatum(CA),1 cases of chancroid(0.066%),7 cases of candidiasis(4.66%),and 9 cases of bacterial infections(5.96%),respectively.In addition, there exist united infections.Syphilis is combinated with 7 cases of genital herpes(4.63%),2 cases of CA(1.32%),and 3 cases of HIV infections(1.98%),respectively.Genital herpes is combinated with 5 cases of CA(3.71%),7 cases of candidia albicans(CAL)(4.64%),and 1 case of syphilis(0.67%),respectively.Bacterial infections are combinated with 3 cases of syphilis(1.98%).No pathogen was found in 73 cases(48.34%) in which the distribution was 24 cases of drug eruption(15.98%),27 cases of contact dermatitis and eczema(17.88%),4 cases of ulcus vulvae acutum(0.026%),2 cases of gangrenous balanitis(1.32%),2 cases of Reiter's syndrome(1.98%);3 cases of Behcet's syndrome(3.97%),and there was indeterminate causes in 10 cases(6.62%),respectively.[Conclusion] Genital ulcer diseases were consisted of syphilis, genital herpes, drug eruption, eczema as principally. The next in order was CA.The co-infection is familiar in sexually transmitted disease infection, and HIV infection reported the up-trend.
