Abstract

This paper introduces the definition of the financial engineering,discusses on the importance of the financial engineering,and in the light of some obstacles in the development of the financial engineering in our country,puts forward some proposals on solving these obstacles in rational ways and speeding up the development of our country's financial engineering.
