Abstract
Based on analyses of the structure of urban community sports system,the author puts forwards that the construction of urban community sports should revolve around the streets.She further discusses problems concerning the sustainable development of first-grade urban community sports such as exploiting and utilizing the sports facilities of schools and enterprises,expanding software resources of first-grade community sports system,cultivating the awareness of body-building,studying the participation of the inhabitants of the community and managing mechanism and so on.
