Abstract

The Recycling economy is a new kind model of economic development.Developing recycle economy is a fundamental path to realize sustainable development.The paper analyzed the basic approaches as well as key measures of how to promote recycling economy after analyzing the concept of recycle economy and the problems of the development in China.
