Abstract
Base on the analysis of the problems of urban rail transit and land use at present, using the experience of rail transit real estate mode of Hong Kong for reference, this article discussed the applicability of transit-orient development (TOD) to Suzbou rail transit line 1 by optimizing the land use layout and development density along the transit lines. The transport demand forecast model of rail transit of Suzbou city was built first and the relationship between ridership and population, total building area, residential area, commercial area are deduced. And at last, the influence of the land use pattern on the rail transit ridership is explored which can be used as reference for other rail development project.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
