Abstract
[Objective] To study an extraction technology for total flavone from 1eaves of Rubus Suavissimus S.Lee.[Method] the contents and extraction rate were considered as the observed index, the orthogonal design method was used in studying the process condition.[Results]The primary and secondery influence orders of the extraction were as follows:first was the concentration of ethanol, second, the dosage of ethanol, third, extraction times and forth, the extracting minutes. The optimum process of the extraction technology which obtained through onefactor experiment and orthogonal design was: 70% ethanol,twenty-fold solvent, three times extraction and 120 minutes each time.[Conclusion] The optimized method is stable and efficient.
