Abstract
This paper analyzes the moral hazard of all participants in financial markets on the background of subprime crisis.The conclusions are as follows:the evolution of the financial system can not eliminate the moral hazard;regulatory authorities should strengthen the prevention of the moral hazard;improvement of system in financial institutions is the key to the moral hazard;the moral education is the fundamental to eliminate the risk of moral hazard of financial professionals;the establishment of a new international monetary system can prevent the national moral hazard.
