Abstract

By using the properties of Ostrowski diagonally dominant matrices,the nonsingularity of matrix is studied,some sufficient conditions for generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrix and some criteria for nonsinglar M-matrices were given, the determined standard of generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrices was expounded.
