TCM Research Progress on Premature Ovarian Failure and Medication Based on Syndrome Differentiation

Objective: To collect the literature of Chinese medicine treatment of ovarian premature senility in nearly 10 years and to make statistical analysis of TCM syndrome differentiation,treatment,medication,so as to optimize ovarian premature aging treatment.Methods: By collecting the literature of ovarian premature senility published in biomedical journals between January 2002 and December 2012,the TCM syndrome differentiation,treatment and drug laws were studied by USES statistical software.Results: (1)The statistics of deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin,deficiency of kidney-yang and spleen-yang,deficiency of kidney and liver depression,deficiency of kidney and blood depletion,deficiency of kidney and blood stasis,stagnation of liver Qi were the main syndrome types for ovarian premature aging.(2)Methods of nourishing liver and kidney,warming yang of kidney and spieen,tonifying kidney and soothing liver,tonifying kidney and enriching the blood,tonifying kidney and invigorating circulation of blood,soothing qi of liver were the main treatments of ovarian premature aging.(3)10 kinds of each treatment commonly used drugs and the top 10 frequency kinds of drugs were determined.Conclusion: According to the drug statistics,it sums up the relations between etiology and pathogenesis of premature ovarian,proposes the treatment of ovarian premature senility is based in invigorating kidney and then syndrome differentiation treatment is put forward.
