Abstract

[Objective] The objective of the research was to determine the contents of essential metal elements of human in Potentilla anserina L.and provide references for developing health products and drinks of P.anserina.[Method] Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrum(ICP-AES) was used to determine the contents of essential metal elements(Ca,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na and Zn) of human in P.anserina.[Result] 7 kinds of metal elements such as Ca,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na and Zn in P.anserina could be determined simultaneously by ICP-AES.[Conclusion] The research provided scientific basis for further research and development of Tibetan drug P.anserina.
