Abstract
The development of carbon trading worldwide has become one of the most important mechanisms for pushing forward a low-carbon economy,and the construction of the legal system for carbon trading is an important task for legislation.The basic legal rules of carbon trading have not been defined in China's current legislation. This paper intends to give a concrete proposal to China's legal system of carbon trading,including the quality of carbon emissions,the initial allocation of carbon emission rights,the pricing of carbon emissions,the setting of carbon trading places and management issues in carbon trading,in order to give a reference to related national legislation and policy-making departments.
